HONORS THESIS
I’m excited to announce that I have been accepted into Stanford’s Graduate School of Education’s Honors program.
While my Honors Thesis is not yet completely refined, I plan on researching how social institutions such as school, prison, and the workplace shape individual neurosciences and behavior.
The project will have a holistic view of the lifespan, consisting of research on early experiences shaping neuroplasticity, to the effects of aging, careers’ impact on creativity and output in the modern world, as well as the United State’s current prison system and the correlation between death row inmates and extensive brain trauma to the prefrontal cortex as found by Robert Sapolsky.
Stay tuned as I share my progress in the coming months.
